At RHOWE ACTIVE, running is about more than pace and distance. It's about community, energy, and moving together.

RHOWE Running Club is an open community for all levels. Whether you're running for the first time or chasing new personal bests, there's a place for you. We meet to create momentum – both physically and mentally.

Each run is structured around a communal warm-up, a 4-5 km run at an inclusive pace, followed by stretching and refreshments or snacks.

We believe that the best results come when we lift each other up. Here there is no pressure – only motivation, presence, and a sense of being part of something bigger.
